Walk in Denge Wood, near Canterbury, Kent, to see the wild orchids - followed by sunset in Sheerness on the Isle of Sheppey - 7th June 2024

In early June I spent the weekend on the Isle of Sheppey with some friends.  On the way there, we visited Denge Wood, near Canterbury, in order to visit Bonsai Bank where lots of wild orchids would be growing.

On the way to Bonsai Bank we saw several Common Spotted Orchids

I am no orchid expert, but was told that these are Lady Orchids

I believe this to be Fragrant Orchid

After dinner I wandered down to the sea wall in order to catch part of the sunset
